To keep your custom items looking their best, follow these simple care guidelines. Proper washing and drying will help maintain the quality, color, and longevity of your item, ensuring it stays as vibrant as the day you got it. Follow the instructions below to protect your design.

Tumbler Care Instructions

To keep your tumbler in top condition, follow these care guidelines:

• Hand Wash Only – Avoid dishwashers, as high heat can damage the design and insulation.

• Use Mild Soap – Wash with warm water and a gentle dish soap. Avoid abrasive sponges.

• Do Not Soak – Extended soaking can weaken the seal and damage the exterior.

• Avoid Extreme Heat – Do not microwave or expose to high heat, as this can affect insulation.

• Handle with Care – Dropping your tumbler may cause dents or damage to the finish.

Proper care will keep your tumbler looking great and functioning perfectly for years to come!

DTF Transfer Pressing Instructions

Temperature: 290°F – 320°F (most common sweet spot is 300°F)

Pressure: Medium to firm (around 40 PSI or 6–7 on most presses)

Time: 12–15 seconds

Peel: Cold peel (let it cool completely before peeling carrier film)

Step-by-Step

  1. Pre-press garment for 3–5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.

  2. Place transfer on garment, image side down.

  3. Press at 300°F, medium-firm pressure, for 12–15 seconds.

  4. Let it cool fully (cold peel).

  5. Peel carrier film carefully.

  6. Final press (recommended): Cover with parchment paper or a Teflon sheet, then press again for 5–8 seconds. This locks in the design, gives a softer feel, and increases durability.

Direct-to-Film (DTF) Shirt Care Instructions

To keep your DTF-printed shirt looking fresh and vibrant, follow these care instructions:

• Wash Inside Out – Turn the shirt inside out before washing to protect the design.

• Use Cold Water – Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle to prevent fading or cracking.

• Mild Detergent Only – Avoid harsh detergents and bleach, as they can weaken the print.

• Hang Dry or Low Heat – For best results, air dry your shirt. If using a dryer, tumble dry on low heat.

• Avoid Direct Ironing on Design – Do not iron directly on the print. If needed, place a cloth over the design or iron inside out.

Following these steps will help extend the life of your DTF-printed apparel, keeping it looking great wear after wear!
